Simon McKeown  - Founder

 

Simon founded Good News for Jehovah’s Witnesses in 2020 and is the host of the Good News for Jehovah’s Witnesses podcast. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries at Bethel University in 2015 and his Master of Arts in Christian apologetics at Biola University Talbot School of Theology in 2018. Simon first got introduced to the Jehovah’s Witnesses in 2006 when he met a friend from work that was a Jehovah’s Witness. Not knowing anything about the Jehovah’s Witnesses or having any training in defending the Christian faith, Simon did not have any answers to the questions his friend raised at the time. This led Simon down a path to learn as much as he could about Jehovah’s Witnesses and Christian apologetics. After hearing many heartbreaking stories of ex-Jehovah’s Witnesses and the pain they went through in the organization, it became Simon’s goal to find a way to reach more people who have been deceived by the Watchtower.

Simon currently lives in Southern California and got married to his wife Kimberley in 2018. Simon and Kimberley have a passion to serve God and see the lives of Jehovah’s Witnesses changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
